Order Processing Time

Order cutoff time: 9:00 PM everyday (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

Handling time: in 24 hours between Monday to Friday

Transit time: shipped from Monday to Friday, and delivered time is 2-7 working days for all other destinations

We are not process the order on holidays, and we will make an holiday announcement when holiday is coming. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

We always ship from warehouses located China, we will ship out by DHL,Fedex, UPS, TNT, Dpex, we will choose the appropriate business express to you.

Cancel or Exchange Order Notice:

1.If you cancel order or exchange before we ship out(subject to the system send you tracking number), we will full refund to your original payment immediately or exchange hair for you, it is free.

2.Orders can't be canceled or exchange once the parcel is shipped out (system has sent you tracking number), if you want to refund, please return it back, and it will apply the "refund and return policy"

Notice:

For custom items (colorful hair and wigs, such as red,blue,green,ombre hair), it could not be cancelled or exchanged.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

We want to make sure you receive your new hair, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and correct contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. And all the express do not accept Po.box address, it is not same. This is your responsibility. Triple check it!!

If you make a mistake, or things change, write to us immediately at support@beaufoxhair.com and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll try to serve you!

Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missingor unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.

The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

✓seller pay for return shipping charge and exchange new hair shipping charge if buyer choose exchange hair,please contact with us before return.

3.The hair quality problems((For defective products))

✓seller pay for new hair shipping charge if it is hair quality issue, please provide pictures or video to prove, it will be easier to process it.
